FOR NORTH CENTRAL PHELPS COUNTY...
At 148 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles south of Elm
Creek, or 11 miles north of Holdrege, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Emergency management.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of north
central Phelps County.
