At 954 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorm outflow winds, along a line extending from near Milligan to Superior to near Smith Center. Movement was southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include...
