Primarily between 10 PM tonight and sunrise Tuesday, the entire area will have at least a slight chance for thunderstorms, but with the overall-highest chances focused near and south of the Nebraska-Kansas border. Some storms could develop directly over our area, but there is also a possibility for a larger-scale complex of storms to roll in from the west. Some storms could be severe, and the entire area is under either a Marginal or Slight Risk for severe weather, with the main threat being winds to around 60 MPH, and lesser potential for hail up to around quarter size. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Tuesday Thunderstorm potential: During the morning and early afternoon hours, spotty, weak thunderstorm activity is possible within the area. However, of greater concern will be the 4 to 11 PM time frame, as isolated to scattered storms are expected to first develop in counties north of Interstate 80, and then drop south- southeastward with time. The potential for some storms to become severe has increased a bit, and our entire area is now under a Slight Risk for severe storms. The main threats appear to be hail up to around ping pong ball size, and wind gusts to around 60 MPH. By roughly midnight, the vast majority of our area should be storm-free. Wednesday night through Sunday thunderstorm potential: Between late Wednesday night and Sunday, there are various, intermittent thunderstorm chances within the area. At this time, the overall-highest chances for the most widespread activity appears to focus Friday evening and overnight. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
