...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern
Phillips, Garfield, Daniels, western Roosevelt, Valley and western
McCone Counties through 345 PM MDT
...

At 240 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 23 miles northeast of Port Of Opheim to 8 miles
southeast of Mosby. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Glasgow, Scobey, Jordan, Opheim, Richland, Nashua, Fort Peck, Sand
Springs, Duck Creek Rec Area, Hillside, Hell Creek Rec Area, Flowing
Wells Rest Area, St. Marie, Brusett, Peerless, The Pines Rec Area,
Tampico, Port Of Whitetail, Lustre, and Madoc.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If on or near Fort Peck Lake, get out of the water and move indoors
or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
