...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM CDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will continue.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Iowa, including the following
  counties, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay and O`Brien.

* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone is occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or
  standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1033 AM CDT, Widespread river flooding will persist along
    the Little Sioux River. Flooding is already occurring.  This
    warning replaces an ongoing river flood warning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sioux Rapids, Peterson and Linn Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
