Minnesota...

  West Okoboji Lake near Milford affecting Dickinson County.

  West Fork Des Moines River near Windom affecting Cottonwood and
  Jackson Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHERE...West Okoboji Lake near Milford.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 7.5 feet, flooding of low lands along Milford Creek
  begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 7.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Monday was 7.3 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Flood stage is 6.5 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FRIDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork Des Moines River near Windom.

* WHEN...Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, The lower portions of the road through
  Island Park are overtopped and water approaches a couple of the
  gravel parking lots on the east side of Hwy 71 in Windom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Monday was 20.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Thursday evening and continue falling to 17.9 feet Monday,
    July 15.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
