...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Barrow,
southern Forsyth, northeastern Gwinnett, southern Hall, northwestern
Jackson and northeastern Fulton Counties through 945 PM EDT...

At 920 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Rest Haven, or 10 miles
north of Lawrenceville, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Heavy rain may cause temporary street flooding especially
         in poor drainage areas.

Locations impacted include...
Gainesville, Cumming, Alpharetta, Sugar Hill, Suwanee, Buford,
Braselton, Auburn, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Hoschton, Carl, Talmo,
Rest Haven, Candler, Drew, Chateau Elan, Buford Dam-Lake Lanier
Parks, Brookwood, and Road Atlanta-Lanier Speedway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should slow down and be prepared for possible loss of
control due to hydroplaning.
