...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central New Mexico, including the
  following areas, East Slopes Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet
  and Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rains are possible over the Salt and South Fork burn
    scars Tuesday afternoon and evening.
