Blue River near Stanley affecting Johnson and Jackson Counties.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Blue River near Stanley.
* WHEN...Until late this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Farmland adjacent to the Blue River floods.
At 18.0 feet, Flood waters enter the yards of a few homes along
the river and threaten rural roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 19.3 feet this morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late this morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
