...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri...

  Blackwater River near Blue Lick affecting Saline and Cooper
  Counties.

  Blackwater River at Valley City affecting Pettis and Johnson
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...

  Little Blue River near Lake City affecting Jackson County.

  Petite Saline Creek near Boonville affecting Cooper County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO TOMORROW
EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Blue River near Lake City.

* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low-lying areas adjacent to the river
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Petite Saline Creek near Boonville.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Low lying woodlands and fields near the
  creek flood.
  At 19.5 feet, The creek floods U Highway about 4 miles southeast
  of Boonville.
  At 23.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of U Highway bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.3
    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Blackwater River near Blue Lick.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Cropland and pastures along the river
  flood.
  At 29.0 feet, Livestock in pastures along the river may be
  endangered. Extensive damage also occurs to cropland and pasture.
  At 31.0 feet, The Missouri-Pacific railroad tracks are overtopped.
  At 37.0 feet, County Road 339 also known as Old U.S. Highway 65 is
  flooded about 0.2 miles north of the Blackwater River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 29.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.0
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Woodlands and farm fields along the river
  begin to flood.
  At 25.0 feet, County Highway E near Valley City and Highway 23
  near the Perry State Wildlife Area are under water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 28.9 feet this evening. It will
    then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
