Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Moniteau Creek near Fayette.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Low-lying fields along Moniteau Creek
  flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 4.8 feet Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
