* At 1143 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Scioto
  Mills, or near Freeport, moving southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Freeport, Lena, Pearl City, Shannon, Cedarville, Davis, Dakota,
