  Lake Huron from Port Austin to Harbor Beach 5NM Off Shore to the
  US/Canadian border...
  Port Austin to Harbor Beach MI...

At 857 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Port Austin to near Harbor Beach to
17 nm northwest of Port Sanilac, moving east at 25 knots.

  Port Hope and Harbor Beach around 900 PM EDT.
  White Rock around 905 PM EDT.
  Richmondville around 915 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by strong thunderstorms include White Rock
and Richmondville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
