  Lake Huron from Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac 5NM Off Shore to
  US/Canadian border...

At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 12
nm northwest of Port Sanilac, moving northeast at 30 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  White Rock around 125 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include White
Rock and Richmondville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until this storm passes.
