.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring cooler and drier conditions to
the area tonight into Thursday with relatively weak winds and
minimum RH values near 50 percent. Soils remain well saturated given
recent rainfalls, precluding heightened fire danger during a period
of drier weather that is expected into the weekend.
