...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT
FOR NORTHERN POLK...STORY...WESTERN MARSHALL...NORTHERN JASPER AND
EASTERN BOONE COUNTIES...

At 514 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cambridge, or 8
miles south of Nevada, moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Ames, Marshalltown, Boone, Nevada, Story City, Polk City, Huxley,
Madrid, Slater, State Center, Roland, Baxter, Gilbert, Iowa State
Center, Big Creek Lake, Boone Speedway, Saylorville Lake, Maxwell,
Colo, and Melbourne.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 97 and 126.
