East Fork Des Moines River near Algona affecting Kossuth and Humboldt Counties. .River levels continue to slowly fall across upper Des Moines River basin. However water levels near previous records are still occurring at Humboldt. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
