...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, in east central Minnesota, Pine County. In
  northeast Minnesota, Carlton County.

* WHEN...Until 415 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1219 AM CDT Friday, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due
    to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
    begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sandstone, Moose Lake, Willow River, Askov, Rutledge, Bruno,
    Moose Lake State Park, Banning State Park, Duxbury, Mille
    Lacs Band Lena Lake Area, Cloverton, Sturgeon Lake,
    Finlayson, Nickerson, Kerrick, Denham, Duquette, Kingsdale,
    Belden and Markville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
