* Until 845 AM EDT.

* At 644 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Hunting Island Reef, moving northeast
  at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create
           locally hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fripp Island Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Fripp
  Island Wreck, Edisto Sixty Reef and Fripp Inlet Buoy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
