...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CAMERON AND SOUTH
CENTRAL WILLACY COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 252 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rio Hondo Elementary School, or near Rio Hondo, moving north at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Harlingen, Rio Hondo, Texas State Technical College Harlingen,
Harlingen Arts And Heritage Museum, Rio Hondo Elementary School, Rio
Hondo High School, Santa Monica, Marine Military Academy, Rio Hondo
City Hall, and Valley International Airport.

This includes Interstate Highway 69 E near mile marker 30.
