752 FZUS54 KBRO 052211 AAA CWFBRO Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast...UPDATED National Weather Service Brownsville TX 511 PM CDT Fri Jul 5 2024 Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the Rio Grande out 60 NM. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-061115- 511 PM CDT Fri Jul 5 2024 .SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the northern Gulf of Mexico continues to provide favorable wind and sea conditions along the lower Texas coast into Saturday afternoon. Marine conditions steadily deteriorate Saturday evening with potential tropical storm or hurricane conditions developing Sunday through Monday with the current National Hurricane Center Track taking Beryl near the lower Texas coastal waters. Hurricane Watches are currently in effect for all coastal waters.
