...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL BLOUNT AND
JEFFERSON COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM CDT...

At 146 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Cardiff to Mulga to near North Johns.
Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Birmingham, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer, Homewood, Mountain Brook,
Trussville, Hueytown, Gardendale, Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Fairfield,
Fultondale, Dallas, Center Point, Pleasant Grove, Clay, Pinson,
Tarrant, and Midfield.
