...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN LOWNDES AND
SOUTHEASTERN DALLAS COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM CDT...

At 641 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Belknap, or 13 miles west of Mosses. This thunderstorm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Benton, Fostoria, and Collirene.
