This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Scattered thunderstorms will develop across the region on Friday. A
few storms could produce damaging winds and torrential downpours.
Localized excessive rainfall may lead to isolated flash flooding
in some locations.

It will also be hot and very humid Friday afternoon, with heat
indices well into the 90s for the valley locations.
