Cedar River at Charles City affecting Floyd County. .Upstream locations picked up anywhere from 0.75 to locally over 2 inches of rainfall from around Osage to Austin Minnesota last night and this morning. Additional rainfall this afternoon is ongoing, but radar estimates around a half inch to an inch of additional precipitation has fallen. This recent precipitation will continue to route downstream towards Charles City over the next 12 to 24 hours. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
