Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Grant and Clayton Counties. Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Crawford, Allamakee, Grant and Clayton Counties. .While there was a widespread 2 to 4 inches of rainfall across parts of southwest Wisconsin over the last 48 hours, this rainfall is not expected to increase the magnitude of ongoing flooding across the Mississippi. It will, however, prolong the duration of elevated river levels. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
