...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...In northeast Iowa, Clayton and Fayette Counties.

* WHEN...From this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
  heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An additional round of showers and thunderstorms bringing
    moderate to heavy rain is expected Tuesday afternoon and
    evening with the potential for an additional 1 to 3 inches of
    rainfall. Flooding and flash flooding will be possible.
