* Special Marine Warning for...
  James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
  Bridge-Tunnel...
  James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 718 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Burwell Bay to 8 nm southwest of James River
  Bridge to 15 nm southwest of Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel,
  moving east to northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  James River Bridge and Burwell Bay around 725 PM EDT.
  Dominion Pier and Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel around 735 PM
  EDT.
  Hampton Flats around 740 PM EDT.
