WATERS...

  Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...
  Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA...
  James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
  Bridge-Tunnel...
  James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge...
  York River...

At 710 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a broken line of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Gwynns
Island to near Poquoson to near Burwell Bay, moving southeast at 25
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
