* WHERE...Chatanika River Valley, Dalton Highway Summits, Two
  Rivers, Upper Chena River Valley, White Mountains and High Terrain
  South of the Yukon River, and Yukon Flats.

* WHEN...From noon to 10 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
  power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts will be in the
  higher terrain along the Steese and Dalton Highway Summits.
