Periods of light rain will continue this morning then become rain
showers this afternoon before another round of steadier rain
moves through this evening after 7 PM and continues through
Thursday. Winds will be strong at the surface and ridgetop level,
largely from the southwest today then gradually weaken through the
day tomorrow. We have very high confidence and it will rain on
and off through the day with steadier rain returning tonight.
Rainfall totals through Thursday will be around 0.75" but can be
higher with localized heavier bands of rain.
