.DISCUSSION...

West-southwesterly winds gusting as high as 35 mph this evening
will diminish tonight as today looks to be the day with strongest
winds this week. Some light rain is possible this evening with
areas of the fire likely seeing varying rainfall amounts of just a
trace up to a few hundredths of an inch through midnight tonight.
A break in precipitation is expected overnight before wetting
rains arrive Thursday afternoon and last through Friday morning.
Rainfall amounts will likely total between one quarter to one half
inch from this event. High temperatures remain in the 60s with
minimum RHs no lower than 50 into the weekend. Another round of
light precipitation is possible on Saturday, with no thunderstorms
in the forecast until at least next week.
