Cooler and wetter conditions will continue into the weekend.
There is high confidence that the fire are will receive wetting
rain today through the weekend with a possible lull in rain for a
short time Friday afternoon. Totals of about half an inch expected
today. Southwest winds continue into the weekend with ridgetop
winds notably stronger than valley winds. Winds diminish slightly
this afternoon, but increase again on Friday. High temperatures
remain in the mid 50s with minimum RH remaining well above
critical thresholds through the weekend. No thunderstorms are
anticipated through the weekend.
