High pressure moving in will bring dry conditions with less wind for
tonight and into Wednesday. On the back side of this system,
thunderstorms are expected to develop during the heat of the
afternoon mainly across western and central South Dakota. Storms will
weaken as they continue east overnight. Additional rounds of
moisture will continue across the area for Thursday and Thursday
night.

Temperatures will drop into the upper 50s tonight, warming into the
low to mid 80s for Wednesday.
