...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM MDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL COLFAX COUNTY...
At 530 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Raton Crews
Airport, or 12 miles southwest of Raton, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Raton and Raton Crews Airport.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 438 and 452.
Highway 64 between Mile Markers 329 and 350, and between Mile
Markers 353 and 356.
