...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL COLFAX COUNTY
THROUGH 730 PM MDT...

At 701 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles south of Segundo, or 18 miles west of Raton, moving east at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Colfax County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.
