The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
southwestern South Dakota.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM MDT
FOR NORTH CENTRAL CUSTER COUNTY...

At 414 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sylvan Lake,
or 3 miles north of Custer, moving east at 30 mph. At 411 PM MDT,
quarter sized hail was reported at Rafter J Bar Ranch about 3
miles south of Hill City.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Black Hills Playhouse, Mount Coolidge, Buffalo Corrals, State Game
  Lodge, Blue Bell, Legion Lake, Stockade Lake, Center Lake and
  Custer State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.
