At 207 PM MDT, the public reported a strong thunderstorm 5 miles north of Ellsworth Air Force Base, or 12 miles northeast of Rapid City, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Public. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
