expected again Friday. Warmer weather and daily chances for storms
will continue through the weekend.

Confidence is building that temperatures will be above to well
above normal next week, especially the second half of the week
when minimum relative humidities may drop into the teens over
northeastern Wyoming and far western South Dakota.
