counties in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith area.
Movement was to the southeast at around 20 mph. The average amount
where it rained last hour was around one tenth of an inch with
maximum amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch. Coverage
and intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for late tonight and early this morning, mostly cloudy then
becoming partly sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 69 to 74 degrees and north winds up to 5 mph.
