At 826 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain generally south of
I44 in eastern Oklahoma and also in Arkansas west of I49.
Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Delaware and
Muskogee counties in Oklahoma and Benton county in Arkansas. The
precipitation was in the Tulsa and Bentonville, Rogers and
Fayetteville areas. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. The
average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two
inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this evening , late this evening and
into overnight, mostly cloudy, showers and thunderstorms likely.
Some thunderstorms may be severe .

Muskogee counties in Oklahoma and Benton county in Arkansas. The
precipitation was in the Tulsa and Bentonville, Rogers and
Fayetteville areas. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. The
average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two
inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Fort Smith area forecast for late this evening , late this evening
and into overnight, partly cloudy then becoming mostly cloudy,
showers and thunderstorms likely with temperatures 81 to 93
decreasing to 77 to 83 degrees and west winds up to 5 mph.
