Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Delaware and Muskogee counties in Oklahoma and Benton county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Tulsa and Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville areas. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this evening , late this evening and into overnight, mostly cloudy, showers and thunderstorms likely.
