showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly in Cherokee,
Adair and Wagoner counties in Oklahoma and Washington county in
Arkansas. The precipitation was in the Bentonville, Rogers and
Fayetteville area. Movement was to the southeast at around 20 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a
half. Coverage decreased and intensity increased during the last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and into this
morning, showers and thunderstorms likely with a chance of showers
and thunderstorms and temperatures 71 to 76 degrees along with north
winds up to 5 mph.
