.DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms return this afternoon into this
evening. Erratic gusts could reach 45 mph at times. The chance for
wetting rain is fairly low, but afternoon humidity should mostly
remain above 25 percent, as temperatures stay below normal. Overnight
humidity recovery should be good as skies partially clear. Warmer
and drier conditions are likely on Saturday. Warm temperatures persist
into next week, but with chances for showers and storms each day.
