.DISCUSSION...

A light and shifting flow aloft will become weakly unstable during
the afternoon hours through Thursday, causing a chance of showers
and thunderstorms. There is a potential for erratic wind gusts to 40
mph and brief heavier rain showers. Temperatures will remain slightly
below normal. Afternoon humidity will also remain above 25 percent
with moderate overnight recovery. Outside of thunderstorms, winds
should remain light. -Coulston

                    showers through the day. Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................15 percent decreasing to 5 percent in the
                    afternoon.

 Slope/valley.......West winds 5 to 10 mph. Gusts to 15 mph in the
