Nighttime humidity recoveries will also be very poor in the 15 to 35 percent range. * Highest Threat...Sacramento Valley, generally west of Interstate 5 and elevations below 3000 feet. * Impacts...The combination of gusty wind and low humidity can cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong wind, low relative humidity, and hot temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior. && $$ http://weather.gov/sacramento
