Very hot and dry weather is expected to continue through the end of
the week. Hottest temperatures of this heat event, at or exceeding
110F, are expected to occur Friday and Saturday afternoon. Generally
poor overnight RH and temperature recovery is anticipated and
resultant temperatures are expected to reach triple digit values as
early as noon PDT on Friday. Light overnight and early morning winds
are also expected to become breezier through the afternoon and early
evening hours.
