.DISCUSSION...
Very hot and dry conditions continue today in the northern Sacramento
Valley. High temperatures near to slightly above 110F are expected this
afternoon and into the early evening hours, with very low daytime humidity
values. Light northerly winds shift to a southerly direction through the
afternoon, with occasional gusts to 15 mph. Otherwise, very gradual cooling
is expected late this evening, with poor overnight humidity recovery as well.
