.DISCUSSION...
Very hot and dry conditions, with very little overnight relief
from the heat expected on July 4th with similar conditions through
the week. Winds are expected to weaken tonight heading into Thursday,
transitioning to a diurnal flow pattern (northerly winds in the
morning hours, becoming more southerly by the afternoon). Daytime
humidities will be in the single digits to low teens through the
weekend, with poor overnight recovery (maximum RHs in the mid
20s to mid 30s).
