.DISCUSSION...A dry northwesterly flow will persist across the area
today, resulting in very low daytime RH near 10%, and poor to
non-existent overnight recovery. A weak weather system brushing
by the area today will increase northwest winds across exposed
upper slopes and ridgelines, however winds along the canyon
floor through mid slope will remain sheltered, and winds will be
terrain driven.
