.DISCUSSION...An increasingly dry northwesterly flow aloft will
reside across the fire area through Independence Day, resulting
in very low afternoon RH with generally poor overnight recovery.
Winds will remain generally terrain driven across lower elevations
through mid slope through early afternoon Wednesday, before these
winds aloft mix down toward mid afternoon. Winds will trend
slightly weaker Independence Day, and more likely to remain terrain
driven across all but upper ridgelines and wind-aligned drainages.
